What are your main responsibilities in your role?
My main responsibility is to ensure we are delivering quality products (Single Crystal) to our customers, that meet their specifications, on time.

What do you enjoy most about working at CTS?
The thing I like the most is working with the Single Crystal team. They are both good people and co-workers

Which value of CTS do you identify most with?
I identify most with Solution Oriented. I thrive on solving problems not only for our customers but also for our business. The problem-solving process is what allows me to learn something new and keeps me curious.

CTS' Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) program is designed to identify, nurture, and empower high-potential employees, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to excel in leadership roles. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, participants will embark on an educational journey aimed at honing their leadership prowess, fostering strategic thinking, and cultivating a robust toolkit to tackle challenges head-on.

To cultivate a culture of leadership excellence and empower our employees to unleash their full potential we host "Bitesized Training" for anyone in the corporation to join. These small one-hour trainings are to teach leadership soft skills and help create a results-driven culture.
Free training opportunities to expand on manufacturing excellence such as online tools or in-person training to learn GEMBA and Lean Six Sigma.
Training opportunities for our sales teams across the globe to learn the skills needed to proactively support our customers. We believe in selling solutions and always want our teams to have a solution-geared mindset.

We recognize that ethical behavior is a cornerstone of our corporate culture and reputation. To uphold the highest standards of integrity, trust, and accountability, we support internal programs, training, and committees to ensure we continue to conduct business with integrity.

CTS supports our volunteer Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee which supports training in promoting awareness, fostering empathy, and implementing actionable strategies to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
We support a yearly online ethics training that all employees must complete to ensure we all understand and follow our ethical standards.
