Band-Pass Filters

Small base station on building

Main Content

CTS band-pass filters (BPFs) offer reliable isolation of specified frequency ranges while attentuating every frequency above and below. In transmitter applications, band-pass filters function to narrow the bandwidth of the outgoing signal transmission, preventing it from interfering with other signals in crowded radio frequency environments. When used in conjuction with receivers, band-pass filters reject all frequencies outside the specified range, allowing only signals within the range to be heard and decoded.

BPFs from CTS Corporation are widely used in wireless transmitting and receiving applications across several industries including aviation, aerospace, defense and public safety. They come with options for passband frequency range, size, operating temperature, max. insertion loss and more. In one of our recent product expansions, we have implemented a universal footprint for band-pass filters, so a common PCB can be populated by any frequency version of these with no modifications required.
